it sounds like your doing it wrong neil_davis . You need to double click on the time on the bottom right, and there's a tab that says internet time, click on that. By default it'll be checked.

If it's not there you want to check the service. Go into control panel > admin tools > services. Make sure 'Windows Time' says "started". If not you need to enable it. Also check event viewer (admin tools > event viewer) for any errors. Usually itll mention w32time.

Has this worked before? Make sue BIOS is up to date, do a clean boot.
