Hate to say this, but you're going to have to reformat and reinstall everything. Win XP installs a Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL). A major change of hardware (i.e. totally different motherboard) will cause this. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, ATi Radeon 8500; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D2Hs and D100

Either put back the old mobo and copy them that way, or slave the drive to another. Hopefully you have the encryption key to open them. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, ATi Radeon 8500; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D2Hs and D100
