| Did you install some piece of software before this started happening? Or by chance visit a site that might add malicious code to your system? Run a full virus scan and Spybot to check this first. Second thought is that either the drivers for your USB devices have become corrupt or the drivers for the USB ports are corrupt. Check for updates.
