That sounds like a dynamic update fix. Once a proper driver is made, you can install win9x, upgrade using dynamic update, and everything will be smooth.

But anyway, here's how to trouble shoot this.

First, you want to search support.microsoft.com on the make and model to see if there's any known issues. I didnt find any.

Second, you want to make sure it's compatible. Use microsoft.com/HCL to check this. I went there and searched on 'Prophet', and found about 10 results, only 2 are xp compatible, yours isn't listed.

Third, you wanna make sure you have the most current driver - you've done that. Have you contacted them by email or phone, to see if there working on a driver, and if so when it'll be released?

Obviously, this is a display driver (video card) issue. Also, if you get any blue screens write down the exact errors and notify the company, so they can fix the driver. In your case, you just fall into 'wont work until driver is released' catagory. You could try setting hardware acceleration at none, but i dont think that would help.
