| Definatly 98 SE if it is for home use only..if you can manage it though and your PC is fast enough - get Windows XP Home. |

Cant upgrade win95 to winxp. Your probably be happier to win98. You might want to look at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q304297 for all windows minimum system requirements.
