| When you say "factory restore", are you planning on doing a "clean install"...i.e. reformatting your hard drive and reinstalling WinXP and your applications? If so, no. Related - is the Geforce 4 the same video card that came with your computer when you bought it? | Sending is easy to figure out - check your e-mail sent folder. | So...you freely admit you have an illegal copy of WinXP x64? There's a good chance that MS detected your illegal copy and "zapped" your computer. You have several choices: 1. Reformat and install a legal copy of either WinXP x64 or WinxP 2. | In Windows Explorer, go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Find the file extension that you need to fix (example MP3).
