at what point during setup? If its with 33 mins left its hardware detection.

First, remove anything external that is non essential.

Second, press shift + f10, and get a command prompt. Type: taskmgr, and close anything 3rd party. If possible remove anything norton, goback, cd burning software, antivirus.

Third, look at the log files. Do shift+f10 again, change to the windows directory (cd ..), and type: edit setupact.log. Look at the last line, it shoud clue you in. If that isnt helpful type: edit setuplog.txt, and again look at the bottom. If your freezing with 1 min remaining, delete the c:\windows\system32\catroot2\ folder and restart
