What utilities do you have installed? I've had Norton Antivirus do this (in fact, it caused a continuous reboot that was only solved by slapping in a bootable floppy disk and fdisk the drive). Also, did you recently update any drivers? Try to get to safe mode (press F8 at startup) and uninstall the most recent software you installed. Uninstall the most recent applic' and keep working backwards until the rebooting stops.
