[/QUOTE]This has been a big problem since games were first starting to be rented (in the Nintendo days). I've seen them try photocopying the manuals, but they're usually too dark. The real solution is to have on-line help on the DVD, but that's probably too much to ask for. As for why BB doesn't do it, I would imagine it's because after the 3rd or 4th rental, they get all nasty and screwed up, not to mention people probably deface the manuals and write lewd messages in there, etc. So it's really a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation for Blockbuster.
