Have you applied sp1? I've seen some systems do this, but randomly. I think this is a bug in sp1 i don't know of any resolution, sorry.

| Check your ISAPI filters to make sure that the .asp file extension is being handled. If entry has been deleted, then IIS won't know how to process .asp files. |
