Ok, so here's the deal. I'm looking to upgrade from my 19" Sony G400 CRT (tired of looking at that f*cking distorted display), and was thinking of moving over to an LCD. But here is my problem; I run my 19" CRT at 1152x864 resolution, which feels more natural to me. 1280x1024 just seems too small (icons, text, GUI environment) on that sized CRT monitor. So I'm guessing that a 17" LCD is out of the question since it is roughly equivalent to a 19" CRT. So, is the 18" LCD my best choice, or do I have to go even larger, to say...a 19"?

Neither...

You buy two 15" LCD monitors and a dual display video card.

IT RULES!
