Announces It Will "Dramatically Reduce" Internet Call
Charges In The UK
UK. - Nov. 10, 1999 -
Bt has announced that it will "Dramatically Reduce" internet
call charges in the United Kingdom which could include unmetered
access for around £10 a month.
The company which has come under fire over claims it
is prohibiting internet development in the UK is to give a new
Internet tariff to Telephone regulator Oftel. BT claims it will now
invest more than £100 Million to improve Internet usage in the UK.
